Miss World 2026: Venezuelan Contestant Mística Núñez Prepares for Vietnam Pageant

Mística Núñez, Miss Venezuela World 2025, is set to travel to Vietnam on August 6 to compete in the Miss World 2026 pageant, which runs from August 9 to September 5 in Nha Trang. She has focused on physical fitness, a balanced diet, English study and public‑speaking training. Núñez also highlighted her charitable project “Semillas de vida,” which provides hygiene kits and food to children in Falcón and supported victims of the June 24, 2026 twin earthquakes in Venezuela.

Pageant veteran Osmel Sousa announced his top five American favorites for the competition via his YouTube channel. His list includes Miss United States Mary Sickler, Miss Argentina Alina Luz Akselrad, Miss Chile Ignacia Fernández, Miss Brazil Gabriela Botelho and Miss Venezuela Mística Núñez. Sousa commented that the Miss World format can be lengthy and sometimes dull, and he criticized the inclusion of Caribbean delegates in the Americas segment.
