Thai Nguyen police intercept illegal resale of national concert tickets

Police in Thai Nguyen province have intercepted three individuals involved in the illegal resale of tickets for the national concert program, “Noi Vong Tay Lon.” The event is part of the “Tu Hao La Nguoi Viet Nam” concert series and was scheduled to take place at the Thai Nguyen Stadium on November 1.

During a patrol near Thai Nguyen University of Education, authorities caught two men, L. H. H. and V. T. S., conducting a transaction involving four tickets. Investigations revealed that the tickets belonged to D. N. A., a resident of Hanoi, who reportedly purchased tickets through social media platforms and resold them for a profit of 1 to 1.5 million VND per ticket. V. T. S. was allegedly hired to facilitate the delivery to customers.

All three individuals admitted to the illegal activity. Economic police have seized seven tickets and are compiling documentation for legal processing. Authorities have advised the public against the unauthorized sale or transfer of allocated tickets and warned against sharing ticket information on unofficial social media channels to prevent illegal trading.
