Missing person investigation continues as dog returns in Losar de la Vera

Tronky, a German Shepherd, has reappeared alone at a hostel in Losar de la Vera, more than two weeks after disappearing alongside Salvador Martín on September 28. The dog returned to the Hostal Vadillo, where the missing man resided, walking from the Los Molinos area.

While the dog is thinner and appears somewhat worn, she is in generally good health, leading local officials to believe she had access to food and water during her absence. The appearance of the animal provides the first tangible element in an investigation that has previously lacked material clues.

Despite the dog's return, Salvador Martín remains missing. The Guardia Civil has arrived in the locality to determine if the dog's return offers any new leads or if it warrants new search operations in the area.
