Missing Persons Cases in Australia and Ireland Prompt Police Appeals

Emily Lund, a 38‑year‑old woman from the South Coast of Australia, has been missing since Saturday, 25 July. Police say she was last seen near Hibiscus Close, Maloney's Beach, wearing a pink dressing gown and pyjamas and driving a white 2025 Haval H8 station wagon with Queensland plates. The South Coast Police District is urging anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers.

Sonya Kosykh, a 16‑year‑old girl from Galway City, Ireland, was reported missing on Wednesday, 22 July. She was last seen in blue jeans and a black top with white writing, carrying a bag. An Garda Síochána have asked the public to call the Galway Garda Station or the Garda Confidential Line with any leads.

Both investigations stress concerns for the wellbeing of the missing individuals and request community assistance.
