Missing persons reports emerge in Colombia following robbery and suspected kidnapping
In Colombia, families are searching for Diego González and Davinson Murcia, who disappeared in the Huila department. The two men were traveling from Santa María toward Acevedo when they were reportedly robbed of their belongings near Altamira. Although they managed to reach the town of Guayabal following the robbery, all communication with them has since ceased.
Separately, the family of athlete Dodani Estrada has shared details regarding his suspected kidnapping. They reported receiving a single-view WhatsApp video on August 21 showing Estrada in a house, appearing uninjured. The family also received calls from individuals demanding 5 million colones for his release.
