Adobe, Mission Produce, and IBEX report quarterly earnings

Several companies reported quarterly financial results, showing a trend of revenue growth alongside varying margin pressures.

Adobe Inc. reported Q3 2026 non-GAAP earnings of $6.13 per share, exceeding the $5.94 estimate. Revenue rose 12.9% year-over-year to $6.76 billion, driven by its Creative & Marketing Professionals segment. Despite the beat, shares fell 2.4% as investors scrutinized the modest revenue outperformance.

Mission Produce reported Q3 2026 adjusted EPS of $0.18, beating estimates, and revenue of $450 million, which was significantly higher than the $277.1 million expected. However, the company reported a net loss of $5.8 million and a margin collapse from 4.1% to negative 1.3%, as gross profit remained nearly flat despite a 38% increase in avocado volume.

IBEX reported record quarterly revenue of $164.3 million and adjusted EPS of $0.85, both surpassing Wall Street expectations. Despite these figures, the company's adjusted EBITDA margin declined from 13.9% to 12.3% due to training costs, relocation inefficiencies, and rising fuel prices. The company is currently leveraging an AI partnership with Sierra to drive growth.
