LSU prepares to host Mississippi State at Tiger Stadium

LSU is set to host Mississippi State at Tiger Stadium this Saturday, October 17. The matchup features a significant historical advantage for the Tigers, who hold a 75-36-3 all-time lead against the Bulldogs and have won the last three meetings.

Mississippi State enters the game with a 4-1 record, but faces potential roster challenges as star quarterback Kamario Taylor and running back Fluff Bothwell are dealing with injuries. Taylor currently leads all SEC quarterbacks in several statistical categories, including passing touchdowns and total offense.

LSU, currently 4-2, is looking to rebound following consecutive SEC losses to Ole Miss and Kentucky. The game is scheduled for an 11:00 a.m. CT kickoff and will be broadcast on ESPN.
