Mississippi State and Southern Miss to play exhibition baseball in Biloxi

The Biloxi Shuckers have announced that Mississippi State and Southern Miss will participate in exhibition baseball games at Keesler Federal Park this October as part of the Hancock Whitney Classic.

Mississippi State is scheduled to play Auburn on Friday, Oct. 9, at 6 p.m., followed by a game against Southern Miss on Saturday, Oct. 10, at 2 p.m. The exhibition series serves as a preseason opportunity for the Mississippi State roster, which includes 24 new players ahead of the 2027 season.

Tickets for the events are available through the Shuckers ticket office, with prices starting at $24 for students and season ticket holders and $26 for the general public.
