Missolonghi to host AETOLIA-MUN 2026 student conference

The Artistic Gymnasium-Lyceum of Missolonghi will host AETOLIA-MUN 2026, a Model United Nations conference, on November 7 and 8, 2026. This educational simulation allows middle and high school students to experience the workings of the United Nations, international relations, and diplomacy.

As part of the initiative, participants will act as representatives of various countries to debate real or hypothetical global issues, engage in negotiations, and seek solutions through discussion and voting. The event is a student-led initiative aimed at developing skills in argumentation, cooperation, public speaking, and critical thinking. The conference will be conducted in English, with a detailed program expected to be announced in October.
