Missoula businesses report multiple closures in 2026

Missoula has experienced a series of business closures throughout 2026, impacting various sectors including dining, retail, and services.

In the restaurant industry, notable closures include the Mexican restaurant Elote at Southgate Mall, the downtown establishment Pangea, and the Liquid Planet Grille on Brooks Street. Other dining and bar locations that have closed include James Bar, Stave & Hoop, 406 Yogurt, and the Applebee's on Brooks Street.
