A large-scale drug enforcement operation targeting the 26th Annual Gathering of the Juggalos in Macks Creek, Missouri, has resulted in multiple arrests and the seizure of hundreds of pounds of narcotics.

Authorities seized approximately 93 pounds of marijuana, 124 pounds of mushrooms, ketamine, a ketamine/fentanyl mixture, and MDMA.
