Missouri substitute teacher faces job loss over OnlyFans account

Sheena Sittner, a 42-year-old substitute teacher in suburban St. Louis, Missouri, reports that her employment is being terminated following the discovery of her OnlyFans account. Sittner, who worked through the staffing agency Kelly Education for the Parkway School District, stated she created the adult content account to manage rising costs related to her criminology studies and student loans.

Sittner noted a significant income disparity between her teaching and content creation roles. Following complaints regarding her online activities, Kelly Education issued a directive for her to refrain from contacting schools or districts. Sittner expressed concern that this instruction might interfere with her rights as a parent, specifically regarding her ability to volunteer at the school her youngest child attends.

Both Kelly Education and the Parkway School District have clarified that Sittner was not a direct employee of the school district, as her hiring and scheduling were managed by the agency. The district has maintained a distinction between her professional status and her rights as a parent.
