Missouri Tigers defeat Bowling Green Falcons in four sets

The Missouri Tigers defeated the Bowling Green Falcons in four sets (25-16, 24-26, 25-20, 25-23) during the BGSU/Toledo Invitational at the Stroh Center. The victory improves Missouri's record to 7-4, while Bowling Green moves to 8-3.

Missouri's Lydia Stahley led the Tigers with 11 kills and four aces, supported by Eva Smith's nine kills and six blocks. Defensively, Ainoah Cruz recorded a match-high 22 digs. The Tigers also recorded a total of 18 blocks.

Bowling Green showed resilience in the second set, overcoming an early deficit to win the frame 26-24. Senior Avery Hobson led the Falcons with 13 kills, while Karli Molnau contributed 12. Despite the loss, the Falcons matched the Tigers' 18 blocks during the match.
