Misurata Energy & Business Summit names Italpress as media partner

Italpress has been confirmed as the official media partner for the Misurata Energy & Business Summit, scheduled for November 16 and 17, 2026. The event will take place at the Misurata Free Zone in Libya as part of the ‘LIBYES! Say Yes to Libya’ program.

The summit focuses on the commercial port of Misurata, a central hub for Libya’s commercial economy and a key maritime gateway for trade and logistics between the Mediterranean and African markets. The partnership aims to strengthen media ties between Italy and Libya during a period of significant commercial activity.

The two-day program will include plenary roundtables with government institutions and diplomatic missions, an exhibition area, and pre-organized 1:1 business meetings. Key sectors for discussion include maritime and port development, logistics and shipping, EPC, legal and regulatory frameworks, banking and finance, and technology.
