Mit'hat Frasheri Boulevard reconstruction to begin in Chair Municipality

Reconstruction of Mit'hat Frasheri Boulevard in the Chair Municipality of Skopje is scheduled to begin next week. The project is considered a key infrastructure development for the municipality.

Chair Municipality Mayor Izet Medhiti and Skopje Mayor Orce Gjorgjievski recently inspected the site to confirm that preparations are complete. The reconstruction will cover a section exceeding 1.4 kilometers, stretching from Kennedy Street to Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina Boulevards.

The upgrades will include the installation of four traffic lanes, new sidewalks, bicycle infrastructure, atmospheric sewage systems, and new public lighting. Local authorities expect these improvements to modernize the road network and significantly enhance traffic flow and functionality for residents.
