Mitică Dragomir recounts receiving luxury gifts in Capri

Former LPF president Mitică Dragomir shared an anecdote regarding a luxury shopping experience in Capri alongside businessman Cristi Borcea. Dragomir recounted how Borcea took him to an exclusive boutique owned by a multi-millionaire friend from Miami.

According to Dragomir, the shop owner closed the store to other customers and offered him and his wife various clothing items and accessories for free. Among the items was an ‘Authentic Panama’ hat, which can cost upwards of 10,000 euros depending on the model and quality. Dragomir noted that the generosity of the gesture, which included sweaters, trousers, and special sneakers, initially caused him embarrassment in front of his wife.
