Mitsubishi Electric and KERMI Highlight Efficient Heat Pump Solutions for Heating and Cooling

Mitsubishi Electric promotes its M‑Series air‑to‑air heat pump, which combines heating and cooling functions with inverter technology that adjusts output to demand. The system can generate up to five kilowatt‑hours of heat from one kilowatt‑hour of electricity and features low‑noise operation, smart sensors to avoid drafts, and advanced filters that remove viruses, bacteria, dust and allergens. It was named the current test winner by Stiftung Warentest and is positioned for new builds, renovations, homes and multi‑family apartments.

German firm KERMI offers reversible heat‑pump solutions for both heating and summer cooling, including the x‑change dynamic eco model with a heating range of 3‑14 kW and a cooling range of 6.5‑16 kW. The company highlights the importance of protecting against condensation by insulating components and using tau‑point guards. KERMI’s product line also includes split‑type “x‑fresh” units and the x‑net C16 clip system for flexible installation on floors, ceilings or radiators.
