Mitsubishi Electric to launch Kirigamine ZW series air conditioners

Mitsubishi Electric will release 12 new models of its premium Kirigamine room air conditioner ZW series on October 30. These models are designed to meet 2027 energy-saving standards and feature a new high-efficiency compressor designed for low-load, stable temperature maintenance.

The new compressor technology can reduce minimum output by up to approximately 60% compared to previous models, enhancing energy savings during long periods of stable operation. The product line covers room sizes ranging from approximately 6 to 29 tatami mats.

Additionally, the company is expanding the functionality of its MyMU application. New features include customizable settings for various daily scenes, specialized modes for pets, and a sleep support function that visualizes the relationship between sleep data from smart devices and room temperature. The app will also provide usage reports, including electricity costs and maintenance reminders.
