Mitsubishi Vietnam expands August 2026 auto incentives

In August 2026 Mitsubishi Vietnam launched a major incentive programme covering six core models – the Xpander, Xpander Cross, Destinator, Xforce, Attrage and Triton. The scheme combines 100 % registration‑tax waivers, fuel vouchers and accessories, delivering total discounts of up to VND 95 million per vehicle. The Xpander receives the most generous support, with all trims (MT, AT, AT Premium and Xpander Cross) eligible for a full tax waiver and additional fuel vouchers. Destinator’s Premium version gets a full waiver worth about VND 78 million, while the Ultimate trim receives a 50 % waiver plus a VND 25 million voucher (≈ VND 68 million total). All Xforce trims (GLX, Luxury, Ultimate) are offered 60‑72 million VND in support. Attrage’s MT version enjoys a full waiver and an 8 million VND voucher; the CVT Premium gets a 50 % waiver plus an 11 million VND voucher. Triton’s three versions (2WD AT GLX, 2WD AT Premium, 4WD AT Athlete) also receive full waivers, with the GLX adding a VND 10 million fuel voucher. Mitsubishi reported delivering 21,617 vehicles in the first half of 2026, a 37 % increase over the same period last year, placing the brand fourth in Vietnam’s passenger‑car market after VinFast, Toyota and Hyundai.
