Mitt & Perlebach holds topping-out ceremony for new premium apartment building in Pärnu

A topping-out ceremony was held in the coastal district of Pärnu, Estonia, to mark the near completion of a premium‑class three‑storey apartment building. The nine‑unit development, known as Villa 2, is the first project by construction firm Mitt & Perlebach in Pärnu and is being sold by LVM Kinnisvara. Designed by KAMP Architects, the A‑energy‑class building features a lift—rare in such small blocks—2.7 metre high floor‑to‑ceiling heights, floor‑mounted heating with room‑by‑room regulation, and individual cooling systems in each flat. Roughly half of the apartments have already been sold in the pre‑sale phase, with completion expected in the spring of next year.
