Miwa Basket Benevento to host Basket School Messina in B Interregionale clash

Miwa Basket Benevento, known as the Boars, will host Basket School Messina at PalaMiwa on Saturday, October 17, at 18:00. The matchup is part of the fourth round of the B Interregionale basketball league.

Benevento enters the game with a record of one win and two losses, having recently suffered a narrow defeat against Gela. Coach Parrillo’s squad is looking to secure their first home victory of the season by improving their clinical execution in close games.

Messina arrives in Benevento following two consecutive victories against Rende and Marigliano. Led by coach Pippo Sidoti, the young Messina roster features standout players such as Maiorana, Dancetovic, Gojkovic, and Keita. Sidoti described Benevento as a “signora squadra” (a fine team) that has been competitive in recent closely contested matches, noting that the game will be a significant test for his developing squad.
