Miyako Cech gains acclaim for portraying Toph Beifong in Netflix's Avatar series

Miyako Cech, a Japanese‑American actress born in Tokyo in 2007 and raised in California, has become known for playing the blind earthbending master Toph Beifong in Netflix’s live‑action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender season 2.
