Miyako Island to receive new Snoopy-themed banana brown sugar coffee

Powder Foods Forest Co., Ltd. has announced the release of a new limited-edition coffee product, ‘Snoopy Greeting Tandiga-Tandi Banana Brown Sugar Coffee,’ available in Miyako Island, Okinawa, starting August 26, 2026.

Part of the ‘PEANUTS coffee’ series, the product combines deep-roasted coffee with the flavors of ripe bananas and brown sugar from Tarama Island. The name ‘Tandiga-Tandi’ uses the Miyako dialect to mean ‘thank you,’ positioning the item as a gift for expressing gratitude. The packaging includes a custom Snoopy-themed card that can also be used as a coaster.

The product is designed for convenience, allowing users to prepare hot or iced coffee quickly by dissolving the powder in water. It will be sold at souvenir shops and general stores throughout Miyako Island.
