MKK reports shareholder changes and begins crypto data publication
The Central Registry Agency (MKK) has announced changes in shareholder ratios for five specific companies. According to disclosures, CW Enerji Mühendislik saw a decrease in Bulls Portföy's share from 5.66% to 4.73%. Hateks Hatay Tekstil saw Merrill Lynch International increase its stake from 4.56% to 5.03%. MHR Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı experienced a decrease in its share ratio from 69.95% to 64.98%, though the MKK noted this may be due to a capital increase process rather than direct trading. Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik saw Pusula Portföy's Second Money Market Fund increase its stake from 0% to 13.58%, while the Third Equity Fund decreased its stake from 17.92% to 3.91%. TGS Dış Ticaret saw Serkan Leke's share increase from 3.68% to 5.45%.
Separately, regarding the crypto sector, Stablex CEO Burcu Küçükünal commented on the MKK's decision to begin publishing daily market data collected through the Crypto Asset Central Registry System (KVMKS). Küçükünal stated that standardized data sharing from regulated platforms could create a common reference point for investors, regulators, financial institutions, and academics. She noted that regular data publication would improve visibility regarding data quality, operational discipline, and regulatory compliance, while also providing historical data series for analyzing investor behavior and market trends.
