mKraków app reaches 200,000 users for municipal services

The mKraków mobile application has surpassed 200,000 users since its launch in May 2025. The platform serves as a centralized hub for various municipal services in Kraków, aiming to consolidate multiple systems into a single interface.

Key features of the application include paying for parking in paid zones, purchasing public transport tickets, and checking transit schedules. Residents can also use the app to view waste collection schedules, access information regarding school recruitment, and view local news.

The app facilitates two-way communication between citizens and the local government, allowing users to participate in social consultations, complete municipal surveys, and report city-related issues directly to the Kraków Contact Center. Additionally, integrated features allow for the use of the Krakow Card and the Krakow Family Card 3+.
