MKS Atotech and Barmag announce upcoming industrial technology showcases

MKS Inc. through its Atotech division will showcase advanced surface-finishing solutions for battery manufacturing at Battery Korea 2026 in Seoul. The technologies aim to address challenges in electric vehicle (EV) battery components, including electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and protective coatings for aluminum busbars to improve corrosion resistance.

Separately, Barmag and BB Engineering will present synthetic yarn production technologies at the Egy Stitch & Tex Expo in Cairo. Their portfolio focuses on efficient and sustainable production across the textile value chain, including polycondensation, extrusion, and texturing. The presentation includes solutions for recycling post-industrial polyester waste to support the production of high-quality rPET products.
