Malaga CF draws 3-3 with Leicester City in pre‑season friendly

Malaga CF and England's Leicester City played to a 3‑3 draw at the Banús Football Center in Marbella on 26 July 2026. The match marked Malaga's first pre‑season test after promotion to La Liga, while Leicester used the fixture to prepare for a Championship promotion push.

Leicester opened the scoring in the 26th minute when Louis Page's corner went directly into the net. Malaga answered in the 53rd minute through Chupe, and Aaron Ochoa put the hosts ahead in the 68th minute. Leicester equalised late with goals from Woyo Coulibaly (80') and Tommy Neale (88'). The decisive goal came in stoppage time when midfielder Carlos Dotor headed home in the 93rd minute.
