Málaga CF invests in academy structure and squad stability

Málaga CF is implementing structural improvements within its youth academy, known as La Academia, following its promotion to the Primera División. Carlos Dávila, manager of La Academia, stated that the club is working on new departments and hiring additional personnel to strengthen the academy's structure. Key focus areas include a new individual player improvement department and the reinforcement of the Methodology department.

Loren Juarros, the academy's director, emphasized the importance of managing and developing the club's natural talent. He noted that the club now has a dedicated space to host official events for both male and female academy teams, marking a significant step for the institution.

On the pitch, new signing Fernando Calero addressed recent fan doubts following a difficult start to the season without a victory. Calero defended the squad's quality, noting that while many players are young and still adjusting to the top flight, the team possesses significant talent. He expressed confidence in the squad's ability to achieve their goal of league permanence.
