Málaga veterinarians receive posthumous honors at professional gala

The College of Veterinarians of Málaga held its III Veterinary Profession Gala, an event dedicated to honoring the contributions of veterinary professionals to public health and animal welfare.

A central part of the ceremony involved posthumous honors for three veterinarians: Emilio Moya Barrionuevo, José Carlos González Fuertes, and Andrés J. Flores Alés. These individuals were named honorary members of the college in recognition of their professional trajectories and lasting impact on the institution and their peers.

During the ceremony, family members of the deceased received institutional tokens, including a metope and a College keychain, to commemorate their service.
