MLB announces 30 nominees for the 2026 Roberto Clemente Award

Major League Baseball has announced the 30 nominees for the 2026 Roberto Clemente Award, selecting one player from each club. The distinction recognizes players who best represent baseball values through character, community work, and philanthropy.

Among the nominees are Francisco Lindor of the New York Mets, receiving his fourth consecutive nomination, and George Springer of the Toronto Blue Jays, receiving his second. Other notable Latin American nominees include Puerto Rican José Treviño, Venezuelans Joey Cantillo and Brandon Lowe, Dominicans Julio Rodríguez and Otto López, and Nicaraguan Pablo López.

The winner will be announced during the World Series. Public voting is currently open and will remain available until September 27.
