MLB players to join Mexican Pacific League teams

Several Major League Baseball players are set to join teams in the Mexican Pacific League (LMP) to bolster rosters during the current season. Isaac Paredes and pitcher Javier Assad are scheduled to report to the Naranjeros de Hermosillo in December as the team pursues its 28th title.

Additionally, Ramón Urías is expected to join the Cañeros de Los Mochis on November 10. Urías, a Gold Glove winner, has not played in Mexico since the 2019-2020 season. Other potential reinforcements mentioned include Jonathan Aranda and Alejandro Kirk.
