M!LK members secure multiple upcoming Japanese drama roles

Members of the Japanese boy group M!LK are seeing a significant increase in acting opportunities with multiple television drama roles scheduled for the upcoming season.

Yoshida Jinto will star in his first continuous drama series, ‘Dekiai: Jitsu wa, Saikyo Hero’ (Dekiai ~ Actually, the Strongest Hero ~), airing on TOKYO MX starting October 30. The production, based on a popular manga, also features Momotsuki Nashiko as the heroine and Ikeda Hyoma of SUPER★DRAGON as the antagonist.

Other M!LK members are also securing prominent roles: Yamanaka Jurotaro has been cast in a regular role for the TBS drama ‘Iroha no Koi wa Jidai wo Kakeru’, and Shiozaki Taichi will appear in the original human drama ‘Mou Papa!’. Sano Hayato continues his acting momentum following his recent performance in ‘Kimi no Suki wa Muteki’. This surge in individual acting projects follows the group’s recent commercial successes, including high social media engagement and appearances on the NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen.
