Müller and dm loyalty apps compared for customer discounts

An analysis by Coupons.de compares the loyalty app benefits of German drugstore giants Müller and dm.

Regarding basic rewards, Müller offers a higher return rate, providing one point per euro spent, which equates to a 1% value. In contrast, dm utilizes the Payback system, which offers one point for every two euros spent, resulting in a 0.5% return. For a 100 euro purchase, a customer would receive one euro in value at Müller compared to 50 cents at dm.

While Müller leads in base rewards, both retailers utilize their apps to distribute coupons, with dm offering personalized discounts based on individual purchasing behavior.
