MLS All-Star Game 2026 Set for Charlotte with Messi, Son and Müller

The MLS All-Star Game will be held on 29 July 2026 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The exhibition pits a star‑studded MLS lineup against Liga MX, with Lionel Messi, Son Heung‑min and Thomas Müller among the MLS selections. Liga MX will be coached by Antonio Mohamed and feature goalkeeper Keylor Navas and striker João Pedro.

The 74,000‑seat stadium is already sold out, and the match will be streamed live on Apple TV. Organisers see the event as a showcase ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, highlighting MLS’s growth into a globally recognised league.
