Mâncio Lima's Festival do Coco kicks off with Igor Ferrari performance

Brazilian singer Igor Ferrari will headline the opening night of the sixth edition of the Festival do Coco in Mâncio Lima on 25 September. The event, held at the Complexo Esportivo Totão, is expected to draw thousands of attendees and runs through 27 September.

The festival showcases regional agriculture, cuisine, craft and cultural expressions, aiming to boost the local economy and tourism. Mayor Zé Luis highlighted the expanded infrastructure and the event’s role in promoting the city’s western‑most heritage. According to a SEBRAE study, the 2025 edition generated more than R$ 3 million for the local economy.
