MNCN and Republikorp Group partner to build integrated media ecosystem

PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN), PT Republik Media Anak Bangsa (RMAB), and PT Sinergi Terang Abadi (STA) have signed a strategic partnership agreement to build an integrated media ecosystem in Indonesia. The collaboration involves television networks, radio, digital news portals, and streaming services under the iNews Media Group and platforms such as Okezone.com, iNews.id, Sindonews.com, News+, and IDX Channel.

Angela Tanoesoedibjo, CEO of iNews Media Group and Co-CEO of MNC Group, stated that this collaboration serves as an opportunity to address industry challenges, including the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and the prevalence of misinformation and disinformation in digital spaces. The partnership aims to strengthen national and regional news coverage, develop sports content, and accelerate digital transformation and cross-platform distribution. The involved media ecosystem reaches approximately 72 million social media followers and subscribers, generating about 1.8 billion views per month.
