MnDOT reopens I-90 to Highway 52 off-ramp near Rochester

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has announced the reopening of the off-ramp from westbound Interstate 90 to northbound Highway 52, located southeast of Rochester. The ramp had been closed since last month to allow for realignment and the installation of new box culverts.

This development is part of a $27.5 million project to transform the Highway 52 and Interstate 90 interchange. The project is currently in its third and final year. Recent progress includes the completion of the new bridge decking for the I-90 westbound overpass. While this specific ramp has reopened, other closures at the interchange remain in effect, and motorists are advised to follow detour instructions for accessing southbound Highway 52 and eastbound Interstate 90.
