Mnet Japan launches 20th anniversary celebration projects

CJ ENM Japan has launched a special project to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Korean entertainment channel Mnet in Japan. The anniversary campaign includes several phases of promotional activities.

As part of the first phase, Mnet will participate in the ‘Japan-Korea Exchange Festival’ held at the Korean Cultural Center in Japan from September 25 to 27, 2026. Attendees can participate in a lottery via the Mnet official LINE account to win limited-edition merchandise, including QUO cards, insulated bags, and foldable smartphone stands.

The second phase of the celebration involves digital rewards for Mnet Japan's official LINE followers. Users who register by September 30, 2026, or are already registered, will receive special ‘M COUNTDOWN’ calendar wallpapers featuring BTS. Moving forward, the channel plans to distribute monthly calendar wallpapers featuring various artists who have appeared on the music program.
