MO Global partners with Disresa for expansion in Central America and Caribbean

MO Global, formerly known as Multiópticas, has signed an agreement with the Disresa group to expand its optical and audiology network across Central America and the Caribbean. The expansion is set to begin in early 2027 with entries into Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.

Following the initial phase, the company plans a gradual rollout into Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, and Panama, focusing primarily on major shopping centers in capital cities. Disresa will serve as the exclusive master franchisee for the region.

This move is part of a broader internationalization strategy supported by a 45 million euro capital increase completed in late 2025. Once the expansion is complete, MO Global will operate in eight Latin American markets, adding to its existing presence in Mexico and Peru. The company also recently expanded into Europe with a new location in Porto, Portugal.
