Mob Rules releases compilation album ‘Stories From The Verdant Vale’

German power metal band Mob Rules has released ‘Stories From The Verdant Vale’, a compilation that serves as a spin-off to their 2025 album ‘Rise Of The Ruler’. The release features five new tracks that were originally composed as bonus material, characterized by melodic hooks and a sound similar to their previous work.

Key tracks include ‘Masquerade Ball’, noted for its dramatic structure, and the ballad ‘Above The Maelstrom’. The second half of the album consists of older tracks re-recorded in 2014 for the ‘Timekeeper’ anniversary box set. These include ‘Celebration Day’, ‘Insurgeria’ featuring Udo Dirkschneider, ‘Coast To Coast’ featuring Chity Somapala, and ‘End Of All Days’ featuring Amanda Somerville.
