Mobile home remains at Łapszanka pass despite removal deadline

A mobile home located at the Łapszanka pass in Poland remains on-site despite a previous commitment from the investor to remove it by the end of September. The structure is situated in a popular scenic area offering views of the Tatra Mountains, which is currently under a construction ban by the Łapsze Niżne municipality to preserve the landscape.

Local authorities, including Mayor Jakub Jamróz, have noted the failure to meet the removal deadline. The building has been identified as unauthorized construction by the District Building Supervision Inspectorate in Nowy Targ, as the area is legally excluded from any development.
