Mobileye beats Q3 revenue expectations despite year-on-year decline

Mobileye Global Inc reported third-quarter revenue of $492 million, surpassing Wall Street consensus estimates of approximately $477 million. Despite the beat, revenue represented a 2.4% decline compared to the same quarter in 2025.

The company reported an adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.11, meeting analyst forecasts. Adjusted operating income reached $89 million, an 18.1% margin that exceeded expectations. Mobileye also raised its full-year revenue guidance to a midpoint of approximately $2.01 billion.

While financial results were strong, the company faces market uncertainty regarding its leadership. Founder and CEO Amnon Shashua previously announced plans to step down, and a successor has not yet been named. Shashua is expected to remain on the board and has been offered the role of chairman.

Mobileye noted that EyeQ shipment volumes for the first nine months of 2026 increased by 11% compared to 2025, outperforming a global automotive production decline of roughly 1%.
