MobLand season two set for September release amid uncertainty over third season

The second season of the crime drama series MobLand is scheduled to premiere on September 18. A new trailer for the upcoming season features Pierce Brosnan and confirms the return of Tom Hardy as Harry Da Souza.

The new season will focus on the Harrigan family's struggle to maintain power in the criminal underworld while facing rival clan the Stevensons. Cast members include Helen Mirren as the family matriarch, Maeve Harrigan, and Pierce Brosnan as Conrad Harrigan.

Despite the upcoming release, the future of the series beyond the second season remains uncertain. Paramount+ executive Jane Wiseman stated that the platform has not yet made a decision regarding a third season, noting that they intend to monitor audience response to the new episodes before committing to further production.
