mObywatel app introduces AI virtual assistant for public services

The mObywatel mobile application has introduced a virtual AI assistant to help users navigate public services and administrative procedures. Available from version 4.70.0, the assistant operates via a chat interface and utilizes large language models, including the Polish model PLLuM, to better understand user queries and context.

To ensure accuracy, the tool draws information from official sources such as info.mobywatel.gov.pl, gov.pl, various ministry websites, and the presidential website. The assistant can guide users to specific documents or services, and each response includes a citation of the official source used. Users can ask up to 10 questions per thread and have options to copy, share, or rate the provided information.
