Model railway exhibitions held in Erkrath and Frankenthal

Model railway enthusiasts are hosting exhibitions in Germany. In Erkrath, the Lokschuppen Hochdahl is hosting model railway days featuring displays from clubs in Erkrath, Haan, Mettmann, Wuppertal, and Dortmund. The event includes various track gauges, dioramas, and a flea market for railway items. Activities for children include interactive driving stations and crafting workshops.

In Frankenthal-Mörsch, the ModellEisenbahnFreunde Frankenthal e. V. is organizing the ‘Long Night of Model Railways’ at the ‘Haltepunkt Mörsch’ clubroom. The exhibition showcases H0 and N scale layouts, including a large H0 system capable of running up to 25 digitally controlled trains simultaneously. The event features both day and night lighting displays and includes youth-operated layouts for children to experience model train operation.
