Sandra Kubicka Opens Up About Mental Health Struggles and PCOS Diagnosis

Polish model Sandra Kubicka discussed a year of personal crisis, citing divorce, a miscarriage, the closure of a business she ran, and severe emotional distress. In an interview she said she experienced "dark thoughts" and frequently cried, eventually seeking therapy and stating, "I needed to say out loud that I need help."

Kubicka also revealed a medical diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which caused rapid weight gain of 17 kg, facial hormonal changes, excessive hair growth and skin problems. She said the condition threatened her modeling career because she could no longer fit into the clothes she previously wore. She now attends weekly therapy and receives specialist care to manage both her mental health and hormonal disorder.
