Modena celebrates 30 years of inclusive theater laboratory

The city of Modena is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Laboratorio Teatrale Inclusivo (LTI), an inclusive theater laboratory that uses art to promote social inclusion, respect, and community participation. Managed by the association Officina delle API – Arti per l’inclusione on behalf of the Municipality of Modena, the project aims to value human differences through artistic expression.

The anniversary celebrations, titled “Fare comunità attraverso le Arti – 1996-2026,” include an exhibition titled “La verità del primo gesto,” curated by Anela Celebic. The exhibition is hosted at the Palazzo Comunale and will feature various photographic and video installations at the Teatro delle Passioni and other local sites through October 31. The initiative is supported by the Fondazione di Modena, the Municipality of Modena, and the Ausl.
