Moderaterna gains ground in Swedish municipal election trends

In various Swedish municipalities, recent election results show significant shifts in political power. In the school elections for Södertälje, Nykvarn, and Salem, the Moderaterna party emerged as the largest group.

In Värmland, political landscapes are shifting across several municipalities. In Hammarö, Moderaterna has seen a surge in support while Socialdemokraterna has declined, potentially leading to a right-wing majority supported by the Sans och Balans party. In Säffle, the Center Party has reached a historic low, being overtaken by Moderaterna, which may lead to a conservative administration despite local political tensions regarding social services.
