Modern residential architecture projects featured in Wrocław and near Gdynia

Recent architectural projects in Poland showcase diverse approaches to modern residential living. In Wrocław, architect Robert Witczak designed a 98-square-meter two-level apartment located near Park Żernicki. The design emphasizes a connection to nature through high windows and an mezzanine level, utilizing a minimalist palette of beige, warm gray, and white to complement custom-made furniture.

In a separate project near Gdynia, architects Magdalena and Marcin Konopka designed an 88-square-meter luxury apartment within the Ogrody Tesoro development. Titled ‘Treasure Garden,’ the interior is tailored for a business professional, featuring high-end materials such as cashmere, gold accents, and chevron oak flooring. The design focuses on a personal interpretation of luxury through fine details and custom carpentry.
