Modi and UAE President discuss West Asia and strategic partnership

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a telephone conversation to discuss regional developments in West Asia and ways to strengthen their bilateral ties.

The leaders reaffirmed their commitment to promoting peace, security, and stability in the region. They also discussed measures to deepen the India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, focusing on cooperation in several key sectors, including energy, defense, technology, investment, and health.

During the call, President Sheikh Mohamed also extended birthday wishes to Prime Minister Modi and congratulated him on India's successful BRICS Presidency.
